Common questions
Is this a mould inspection?
No. I do not identify, test or treat mould. I measure moisture across your home and show you where the readings are higher, so you know where to look first.
Is the deposit on top of the price?
No. The $99 deposit is part of the price and comes off your final balance.
My home is bigger than 3 bed, 1 bath.
Book anyway. Larger homes, extra bathrooms and two-storey homes get a written quote before the visit. If you do not accept it, your $99 is refunded in full.
Where do you work?
Based in Coffs Harbour, working two to three hours north, south and west.
