How it works

1

Share your link

Ask Joe for your personal link and send it to someone who has noticed a musty smell, a water mark or a floor that doesn't feel right.

2

They book their assessment

They tell us what's happening through your link. When they book their first Whole-Home Moisture Mapping, $100 comes off their price.

3

You choose your thank-you

Once their assessment is completed and paid, you pick a $50 local gift voucher or a $75 credit toward future Joe Builds work.

What your friend gets

A Whole-Home Moisture Mapping: we measure and map the accessible walls, floors and ceilings, and give them a clear record of what was recorded and what makes sense to do next. From $1,400 inc GST for a single-storey, 3 bed, 1 bath home, with $100 off for anyone you refer.

Who can refer, and where

Existing Joe Builds clients whose work is finished. Your friend's home needs to be in our service area, from Grafton down to Macksville, including Coffs Harbour, Bellingen and the coast in between.
