Targeted Bathroom Moisture Assessment
Is your bathroom performing, or quietly struggling to dry out?
A focused, measured check of a bathroom, ensuite or laundry, anywhere on the Coffs Coast. We measure moisture and ventilation so you know whether the wet area is holding up, and, if you’re renovating, what to sort out before you start.
THE PROBLEM
Wet areas often warn you long before you can see it.
Wet areas can show measured warning signs long before anything is visible. By the time you can see damp, a smell, or peeling paint, it’s often well advanced. A standard look-over won’t measure whether the room is drying properly or ventilating well, so you’re left wondering, especially right before you spend money renovating.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
What we measure
Moisture across walls, junctions, floor and around fixtures
Humidity and temperature, and how the room recovers after a shower
Ventilation and exhaust performance: is the air moving
Thermal indicators around wet walls and junctions
The condition of seals, fixtures and transition points
The conditions on the day, so it can be compared later
What you get
A wet-area report opening with its status and the top measured findings
A map of the points we measured and your key moisture readings
A ventilation summary, conditions and photos
A 3D model of your bathroom, built from the recorded measurement points
A clear recommended next step, with Renovation Readiness Notes where relevant
BEST FOR
Who this is for
Damp, smell, peeling paint or condensation in a bathroom, ensuite or laundry
Anyone planning a bathroom renovation who wants a measured “before”
Buyers or owners wanting wet areas checked without opening up the build
WHAT THIS ISN’T
We measure and report.
We don’t remove tiles, open walls, or give waterproofing or compliance sign-off, and we don’t make a “mould” determination (that’s a specialist referral). Where something needs a specialist or works, we point you to the right next step.
Know what your wet area is telling you.
We map moisture, thermal patterns and ventilation behaviour around bathrooms and wet areas before you renovate, repair or assume the cause.
