Where we travel, and how we decide
We are based in Coffs Harbour. We work across the Mid North Coast and selected Northern Rivers locations by appointment, and we confirm travel, access and what will be assessed in writing before anything is booked.
We do not have an office in any other town. When we work outside Coffs Harbour we drive there, and that is factored into the written quote rather than added afterwards.
Port Macquarie to Nambucca
Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Kempsey, South West Rocks, Macksville and Nambucca Heads.
This is the southern end of where we travel and it is a genuine drive, so we are selective about what we take on down here. A whole-home Baseline is worth the trip. If you are in this area and thinking about a renovation or a purchase, tell us the suburb and what is on your mind, and we will be straight with you about whether it makes sense.
Coffs Coast to the Clarence Valley
Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Bellingen, Woolgoolga, Grafton, Maclean and Yamba.
This is home. Coffs Harbour is our base, so this is where we are most often, and where a shorter job or a follow-up visit is easiest to arrange. Housing stock here runs from post-war fibro through to recent coastal builds, and the older stock is where a measured starting record usually earns its keep.
Ballina to Byron Bay
Ballina, Lennox Head and Byron Bay.
The northern end. Same approach as the south: it is a drive, so we are honest about whether the job justifies it. Renovation work up here is often design-led and moving quickly, which is exactly when a record of the existing building is worth having before the drawings are locked in.
If you are outside these areas
Ask anyway. If it is a reasonable drive and the job suits, we will tell you. If it is not, we will say that too rather than quoting a number that has travel buried in it.
