This ensures we provide the correct advice from the start, rather than making assumptions that lead to cost blowouts, redesign, or hidden issues.

If your project involves an existing home, this will lead into a Building Diagnostic as the first step.

We typically work on projects from $300k–$1.5M+ where structure, performance, and long-term outcomes matter.
