One of the most daunting aspects of any major renovation or new build is not knowing how to start.
We understand that every client, and every project has their own individual set of needs and requirements. No two jobs are ever the same, but the framework to reaching the end goal can be.
1 - Initial contact and questionnaire
Reach out to us via phone, email or website.
We will promptly respond to discuss your project needs and schedule a time to connect. This initial conversation helps us understand your vision and ensures we are aligned from the start.
We will send you a questionnaire to gather essential details about your project. This helps us gain insights into your preferences, budget, and timeline, ensuring our first meeting is productive and focused on your specific requirements.
4 - Price and Schedule Project
We will conduct a thorough pricing process, taking into account your project specifications and preferences. Our team will develop a detailed schedule that aligns with your timeline, ensuring you know what to expect at each stage of the build.
7 - Building commences
We will commence works on the agreed start date, and throughout the build process we will offer weekly site meetings, plus we will send you our weekly site report via email or client portal, such as works completed, variations and how the job is progressing.
That is why we like to follow our 8-Point Success Framework to ensure the process runs smooth and with clarity, so you end up with a space that can evolve from an idea into a real thing.
2 - Scheduled Site Visit
We will arrange a site visit to discuss your project in detail. During this meeting, we will review your questionnaire responses, explore your ideas, and assess the site conditions. This step allows us to build a solid foundation for your project and establish a personal connection.
5 - Present Building Proposal
After finalising the pricing and schedule, we will present a comprehensive quote. This meeting is an opportunity for you to ask questions and clarify any concerns, ensuring you are fully informed before moving forward.
8 - Handover & 1100 point quality control checklist
To uphold our high standard, we complete your building experience by signing off our 1100 quality control checklist, that has been running since day one of the job and covers all aspects of the build and subcontractors work.
3 - Sign Preliminary Agreement
Once we have a clear understanding of your project, we will present a preliminary agreement. This document outlines our commitment to you and sets the stage for the next steps, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding of a design brief with a build cost based off agreed budget.
6 - Sign contracts and organise insurance
We will talk you through the building contract and progress payment schedule. Upon signing of the building contract, we will then apply for Home Warranty Insurance.
