Our Process
Upon filling out the Get in touch page, one of our team will make contact and organise a free on site Buildsmart Consultation.
In this consultation we will ask more detailed questions about the build and whats important to you. To progress to the design and engagement phase we will have you sign our Buildsmart Consultation agreement. This forms the base for putting together a proposal, which includes a site assessment, scope of works, building estimate, building schedule and an inclusions and exclusions list.

Phase 2
In the design phase we make final decisions on fixtures, fittings, colours and aesthetics. Through this process we issue a final quote with all inclusions and proceed to the main building contract. One of our team will run you through the contract. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible.
Next we get necessary approvals and permits through council, we book in our contractors for the upcoming build and we have a final meeting to run through the scheduling and stages of the build.
Our goal is to have each Granny flat built within 3 months.

Yes, we take care of all necessary planning approvals and permits during the pre-construction phase. We work closely with the Coffs Harbour council to ensure a smooth approval process.
