Jherard is our Office Manager and Virtual Assistant, specialising in systems, technology, and automation. He keeps our operations running smoothly behind the scenes—managing documentation, organising project files, and supporting communications across the team. With a strong background in tech and process optimisation, Jherard is also the driving force behind our digital systems and AI integrations, ensuring Joe Builds stays at the forefront of innovation while maintaining efficiency and transparency for our clients.

Taj is a skilled Carpenter who brings precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic to every project. With hands-on expertise across framing, fix-outs, and detailed finishing, he plays a key role in delivering the high standard of craftsmanship Joe Builds is known for. Taj’s practical knowledge, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality make him a trusted member of the team, ensuring that each build is carried out with care and attention to detail.

As an Apprentice Carpenter, I’m building a strong foundation in all aspects of residential construction. I assist the site team with day-to-day tasks, from framing and fix-outs to site preparation and finishing. Under the guidance of experienced builders, I’m developing practical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of quality workmanship.
