The coming decades will bring rapid technological change that reshapes how we live, work, and occupy space — and our buildings need to be designed with that reality in mind.

My focus is to build homes that respond intelligently to what’s coming, while preserving what actually matters:

the land we build on, the health of the people inside, and the long-term integrity of the structures themselves.
