Referral Reward Program

Refer a future Homeowner. Get rewarded.

Who this program is best suited for:

This program works best for people who regularly speak with homeowners planning quality renovations or custom builds, including:

  • Past Joe Builds clients

  • Architects and designers

  • Engineers and consultants

  • Real estate agents

  • Finance brokers, accountants, and legal professionals

  • Trusted friends and family with aligned values

Promotion Period

Starts: February 1st 2026
Ends: April 30th 2026

Who can refer?

Anyone may submit a referral, provided the lead is new to Joe Builds and has not previously contacted or been quoted by us. Self-referrals are not permitted unless you are a designer/architect and have multiple projects ready to go. If multiple people refer the same lead, the first submission received will be eligible for the reward.

What counts as a qualified referral?

A qualified referral is a client who is genuinely planning to build or renovate within the next 6–18 months and either already has plans ready to go or is willing to engage in Joe Builds design, approvals, and construction process.

Referral reward:

Earn 1% of the signed contract value, up to a maximum of $7,500 AUD, when:

  • Your referral results in a signed building or renovation contract with Joe Builds

  • The contract value is $250,000 AUD (ext GST) or more

  • The contract is signed and the deposit has been received

Examples:

  • $500,000 contract → $5,000 referral reward

  • $900,000 contract → reward capped at $7,500

How rewards are paid:

Referral rewards are paid via bank transfer. If preferred, the reward can be applied as a credit toward future Joe Builds work. Referral rewards may be subject to tax. It is the referrer’s responsibility to manage any personal or business tax obligations.

How it works:

  1. Submit a referral via our referral form (QR code) or by email to admin@joebuilds.com.au (Include your details and the referred client’s contact information.)

  2. Joe Builds confirms the referral is new and eligible.

  3. If the referred client signs a contract and pays their deposit, we’ll contact you to arrange your reward.

  4. Rewards are issued once all eligibility requirements are met.

We’ll always personally thank you for any genuine referral, regardless of outcome.

We work almost entirely through trust and word of mouth.

This program exists to thank the people who introduce us to projects that align with how we build.
