Refer a future Homeowner. Get rewarded.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS BEST SUITED FOR:

This program works best for people who regularly speak with homeowners planning quality renovations or custom builds, including:

  • Past Joe Builds clients

  • Architects and designers

  • Engineers and consultants

  • Real estate agents

  • Finance brokers, accountants, and legal professionals

  • Trusted friends and family with aligned values

Starts: February 1st 2026
Ends: April 30th 2026

WHO CAN REFER?

Anyone may submit a referral, provided the lead is new to Joe Builds and has not previously contacted or been quoted by us. Self-referrals are not permitted unless you are a designer/architect and have multiple projects ready to go. If multiple people refer the same lead, the first submission received will be eligible for the reward.

WHAT COUNTS AS A QUALIFIED REFERRAL?

A qualified referral is a client who is genuinely planning to build or renovate within the next 6–18 months and either already has plans ready to go or is willing to engage in Joe Builds design, approvals, and construction process.

REFERRAL REWARD:

Earn 1% of the signed contract value, up to a maximum of $7,500 AUD, when:

  • Your referral results in a signed building or renovation contract with Joe Builds

  • The contract value is $250,000 AUD (ext GST) or more

  • The contract is signed and the deposit has been received

Examples:

  • $500,000 contract → $5,000 referral reward

  • $900,000 contract → reward capped at $7,500

HOW REWARDS ARE PAID:

Referral rewards are paid via bank transfer. If preferred, the reward can be applied as a credit toward future Joe Builds work. Referral rewards may be subject to tax. It is the referrer’s responsibility to manage any personal or business tax obligations.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Submit a referral via our referral form (QR code) or by email to admin@joebuilds.com.au (Include your details and the referred client’s contact information.)

  2. Joe Builds confirms the referral is new and eligible.

  3. If the referred client signs a contract and pays their deposit, we’ll contact you to arrange your reward.

  4. Rewards are issued once all eligibility requirements are met.

We’ll always personally thank you for any genuine referral, regardless of outcome.

We work almost entirely through trust and word of mouth.

This program exists to thank the people who introduce us to projects that align with how we build.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting a referral and participating in the Joe Builds Referral Reward Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

  • The referral program is open to anyone who refers a new potential client to Joe Builds.

  • Self-referrals are not permitted.

  • Referred leads must be new to Joe Builds and must not have previously contacted, been quoted by, or engaged Joe Builds.

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals one person may submit, provided each referral meets the eligibility criteria.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The referral promotion runs from February 2026 to April 2026, unless extended, amended, or ended earlier by Joe Builds at its discretion.

QUALIFICATION FOR REFERRAL REWARD

To qualify for a referral reward:

  • The referred client must sign a building or renovation contract with Joe Builds valued at $250,000 AUD or more.

  • The referral reward is equal to 1% of the signed contract value (GST exclusive), capped at a maximum of $7,500 AUD.

  • Contracts exceeding $750,000 AUD will still be capped at the maximum reward amount.

  • Changes to the contract value after signing do not increase the referral reward.

REWARD AVAILABILITY

Referral rewards are subject to availability and may vary depending on supplier availability or market conditions. Joe Builds reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal value where necessary.

REWARDS, DELIVERY & AVAILABILITY

Referral rewards are subject to availability and may vary depending on supplier or market conditions. Once the referred client has signed a contract and paid the required deposit, Joe Builds will contact the referrer to arrange the reward. Rewards will only be issued after all eligibility requirements are met and may be substituted with an alternative of equal value where necessary.

REFERALS, DISPUTES & PROGRAM CHANGES

If multiple people refer the same individual or project, only one referral reward will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Joe Builds is final. By participating, you consent to Joe Builds using your name and images for promotional purposes. Joe Builds reserves the right to amend or end this program at any time.
